Shipping is charged at a flat rate of $9.95 (excluding bulking items)

Bulking orders will be charged at a flat rate of $12.95

For example:  a bulky order can include, but is not limited to:

– 2 or more of our wooden boxes

– 3 or more sensory kits 

As some of our products (play dough, sensory bases, sensory fizz) are made to order, please allow up to 4 working days for your order to be dispatched.

Majority of our orders are sent through a reputable courier company and in some instances we use Australia Post.  Once dispatched, deliveries can take 3 – 7 business days depending on your location, however, if you live rural please allow up to 10 business days. 

You will be provided with a tracking number for your order.  If you have any questions regarding your order please contact the selected courier and provide them with your tracking number.  If you have any issues please do not hesitate to contact info@happimess.com.au so we can help you resolve your delivery issue.

If you would like to use Express Post please contact us before you place your order, so we can work out the cost for your order.
